I started Graceful Company in July of 2024, just a few weeks after graduating from high school. At the time, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do with my life—I just knew I wanted to do something that made me happy.

I had thought about a few different careers, like being a nurse, a vet, or even a teacher, but none of them really felt like me. One thing I’ve always loved, though, is fashion. I’ve always enjoyed shopping, putting together outfits, and that feeling you get when you find something that makes you feel confident and pretty. Visiting other boutiques and seeing the brands people had built always inspired me. It made me think, I want to do something like this too.

That’s where the idea for Graceful Company came from. I wanted the brand to feel fun and feminine. The name fit my brand.

I started out small, with only eleven pieces that fit on a single rack. I began sharing my style on social media and traveling to pop-up events across Mississippi and nearby states, just trying to get my name out there. After almost ten months of doing that, the chance to open a storefront came up—and I jumped on it. With the help of my husband, my mom, and a few amazing family members, we turned the space into a boutique in just three weeks.

Now, I get to spend my days helping people find outfits they love and feel great in. Graceful Company has grown into something so special, and I’m incredibly thankful to God that I get to do what I love every day.
